Last week I was a walking snot rocket, this week I’m a well rested, mildly enlightened zen Buddha. Shoutout to allergy season for almost taking me out & to 8 hours of quality sleep bringing me back to life 🫣🥴 First workout where I truly felt human & decided to slow it down & bring out the @naboso_technology kinesis board to help me reconnect back to my nervous system 😌 Just a few little warm up movements, a little core, & a complex as a cherry on top. Doesn’t get more well rounded than this. Wanna learn kettlebell things?
