It’s amazing to find tools that actually translate to helping me in my everyday life. Ask anybody who knows me and they’ll tell you that I always have my foam roller or my lacrosse ball on me wherever I go. Recently, I’ve partnered with @naboso_technology to explore their line of products. Put simply - I like them ALOT. I’ve been wearing toe spacers for years and this feels like furthering that work. In this video you can see me using their Kinesis Board, which focuses on micro wobbles to stimulate the nerves of the ankle. And I’ll tell you, the work I put in on this over the summer and fall has directly translated to skiing this winter. My ankle flexion has improved tremendously and I’m making more athletic turns.
