Pepper Parmesan Taralli Ingredients: • 4 cups all-purpose flour • 1 cup dry white wine • ¾ cup olive oil • 1½ tsp salt • 1–2 tsp cracked black pepper • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional • ½ cup grated parmesan, plus more for topping • Shredded parmesan, for topping Directions: In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan. Add olive oil and white wine. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30–60 minutes. Cut small pieces of dough and roll into thin ropes. Shape each rope into a small ring, pinching the ends together. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop taralli into the water in batches.
