International Women’s Day has been around for more than a century. It was created to recognize the progress, contributions, and strength of women around the world, while also reminding us how important it is to keep supporting and uplifting one another outside of just March 8th. While it's beyond meaningful for women to recognize one another it's also incredibly valuable being seen by men in our lives and cherished without this holiday being viewed as a day that takes away from their significance. But beyond the history, it’s really just a moment to pause and say something that should probably be said more often. To the women who lead, nurture, create, sacrifice, encourage, build, and love so fiercely we hope you felt celebrated, supported, and deeply appreciated this week. Women bring a kind of resilience, heart, and joy to the world that truly shapes families, communities, and generations. And if nothing else, International Women’s Day is a reminder to say out loud what many of us feel every day... Life is better because of incredible women. 💛
