Business is hard team. If you don’t actively look after your financials by ways of working smarter, you will in fact just work harder for less. I cannot preach this sentiment enough to my peers, in any industry! I constantly hear from other MUAS “omg I’m so busy” well hello - this is the best evidence you will receive that you are in fact great at your job but also that you could charge a little more. Please stop assuming people won’t pay X, Y & Z for you - you might surprise yourself. Your life could be so much easier & avoid burn out if you simply raise your prices. It doesn’t have to go up a gazillion dollars to make a difference. Your prices also aren’t set in stone so maybe don’t display them everywhere 😉 Test your market by throwing out some higher quotes and see what bites you get. Yes, you may lose some clients but you will gain new ones as everyone’s budgets & mindset around value for money are different. Now….
