First strawberry matcha of the year! To make the sauce I heated about 1/2 cup of strawberries with juice of a small lemon and a few tbs of sugar. 1. Place some of the cooled strawberries at the bottom of your glass, add ice 2. Whisk your matcha with about 1/4 cup of water in a separate glass. 3. Cold froth 1/2 cup of oat milk with a few spoonfuls of the strawberry liquid only and 1 tsp of maple syrup. 4. Pour strawberry maple milk into glass with the strawberries 5.
