I’ve been running this little experiment over on Substack. Letting my body choose past writing from my notebooks to guide the moment I’m in now. Letting past self take care of current self and help give birth to future self. So far, it’s been exactly what I needed to hear each time. And yes, I do a lot of talking to myself, both in writing and speaking. It’s a game changer. Anybody else have a similar practice? ❤️❤️❤️
