Why is the color of the Moonlight serum yellow? 💛⁠ ⁠ Pure retinaldehyde is a bright yellow color like a pineapple. This color is natural, and we wanted to embrace it instead of diluting the serum! The color should absorb into skin as you're applying. ⁠ ⁠ (BTW, there are no added dyes in any Maelove products!)⁠ ⁠ If you're using Moonlight and have some leftover yellowing of the skin, you are likely using too much.
