Mint Choc Chip Ice Creams 🍫💚 A Halloween treat for all ages, with a spooky little secret… they’re made with SPINACH! 👀🌱 Ingredients: 🥬 Small handful of baby spinach
🥥 ½ cup coconut cream
🌿 2–3 drops peppermint extract
💪 1 scoop @macr0mike Spooky Choc Mint Biscuit Protein
🍫 400g 70% dark chocolate
🥜 1 tbsp crushed almonds Method: Add the spinach, protein powder, coconut cream and peppermint extract to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice cream moulds and freeze until completely set. Melt the dark chocolate over a saucepan of gently simmering water, then remove the ice creams from their moulds and dip into the melted chocolate.
