Double Choc Easter Blondies🐰🍫🌸 ‌ The Easter drop we’ve all been waiting for is BACK🍫✨ ‌ I turned @‌macr0mike’s White Choc Malt Easter Egg Protein into the fudgiest, most chocolate-loaded Double Choc Easter Blondies… and they did NOT disappoint🤎 ‌ #RECIPE 130g unsalted butter (or Nuttelex) 150g brown sugar 1 egg (or 1 flax egg) ½ tbsp vanilla bean paste 100g all-purpose flour 40g @‌macr0mike White Choc Malt Easter Egg Almond Protein ¼ tsp baking powder 1 bag chocolate mini eggs, roughly chopped ‌ Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add brown sugar and whisk until combined. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk again until smooth. Stir in flour, protein powder and baking powder until just combined. Fold through chopped mini eggs (save a few for the top). Pour into lined tin, spread evenly and scatter remaining mini eggs on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until slightly golden on top but still soft in the centre. Let cool completely (pop in the fridge for extra fudgy vibes).
