Recipe by @evsfoodiediaries 📝 Ingredients (makes 8) 1.5 cups almond meal 2 scoops Macro Mike Birthday Cake Almond Protein 2 tbsp hundreds & thousands 2 tbsp almond butter 100g plant-based butter, melted 8 tsp raspberry jam 1 cup plant-based white chocolate, melted ¼ cup sprinkles 🧑‍🍳 Method: Combine almond meal, protein powder and hundreds & thousands in a bowl. Add almond butter and melted butter, mixing until well combined. Roll a heaped tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then gently press to form a small bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of raspberry jam to the centre, close and roll to seal. Coat in melted white chocolate and finish with sprinkles.
