We are less than 20 days out from Lucketts Spring Market. Before we literally hit the grounds running we wanted to take a moment to try and explain the Market in a nutshell: Years ago the market began on our grounds at the shop with 50 lovely vendors. Over time word spread, we ran out of parking and our fields couldn’t handle the Lucketts faithful. We had to make a decision-throw in the towel or pivot. Enter Berryville, VA. The charming small town 30 minutes west of our shop welcomed us with open arms and joined in on our crazy. Now 200 of the best home decor vendors +makers from near and far join us for a jam packed three days of shopping, inspiration, beer gardens and live music. We have weathered severe storms + rain, Covid said hold my beer for a season and a half and every year when unloading bails of hay-we often say what are we doing😂. Then….a vendor will start hand digging a trench to solve a problem area, someone will say here are keys to my massive tractor-assuming we are equipped to handle it and you will get a phone call about actual areas on the east coast that have been destroyed and here is my UHaul to load with needed items to take back to town. There a genuine moments every year that always make us want more. Then gates open, YOU ALL come and we say yes over and over. We can never convey in words how much it means to us and 🦊The 200 small talented businesses that work tiressely to put on a show stopper 🦊The weekend staff, some home from college break, that work long hours and load thousands of pieces of furniture 🦊The local pizza and burger shops in town 🦊The moms that started hand pouring candles or making pottery and now have custom orders for a year 🦊The behind the scenes suppliers such as gators and dumpsters that are able to be contracted out 🦊The new farm brewing company down the road that wants to serve you drinks when thirsty The list is endless and we always say there is no us without you.
