What happens when you stop doing things for your toddler… and give them a chance to show you what they can do? 👀 Sometimes the most supportive thing a parent can do is observe. Toddlers are often more capable than we realize. Everyday routines give them opportunities to practice independence, build confidence, and learn what comes next. When we deliberately slow down and offer only as much help as needed, we create space for them to take the lead. That doesn’t mean never helping. It means watching for that small moment when your child might be thinking, “I can do this.” Sometimes, they’ll surprise you 👏 What has your toddler done lately that made you realize just how capable they are? Thank you to @camryn.mckerley for sharing this thoughtful moment!
