This Mother’s Day order season was one for the record books. In my 12 years of running this business- I have never seen anything like the support you guys showed us this season. We never could have prepared for this volume of orders and what would ensue as a result. Our entire team was all hands on deck packing orders to get things out in time. Our customer service team is working overtime to give you real time answers on the status of your orders and our friends at USPS and UPS will hopefully be honoring the shipping windows that we selected when printing your labels. It’s officially all in their hands and I will be PRAYING you receive everything on time to celebrate those you love this Sunday. But if for some reason you don’t, please just know that we put our entire chest into this- and we will do everything in our power to prevent ourselves from cutting it so close next time.
