We tend to freak out when we see lashes falling out but it’s completely normal, lashes are on a growth cycle. But if you’re seeing them fall out without natural lashes attached then there’s a problem… It could be a number of reasons but the main things to troubleshoot are attachment, placement speed, and surface blockers. Attachment = was the extension sitting flush on the lash with no lifting? Placement speed = did the adhesive cure before attaching? Surface Blockers = are the lashes dirty? All easy fixes, just needs practice + patience Xo
