My father always said, “Big wave riders are born, not made.” Over the last seven years, I’ve had the privilege of watching @lucapadua grow from a young surfer into a man committed to his craft, values, and serving something bigger than himself. He continues to show up with curiosity, discipline, and a dedication to the work, both in and out of the water. That’s what the long game looks like.
