Man what a way to start off 2025!! It’s not that often you will catch me with a rifle in hand, I am definitely a bow hunter at heart, in fact I don’t even own a rifle! But it sure is fun to reach out and smack a bear at 603 yards! The @sigsauerhunting .277 Fury is a pretty remarkable round, it dropped the bear instantly at that distance, with zero recoil. I was able to watch trace and impact through the scope sitting in a super awkward position in a rock slide. We were able to capture it all on film, and I’m excited to see what @steven.laughter.media comes up with!! A huge thank you to him for letting me come up and put the hurt on one!! The only reason he beat me up the mountain is because I had pneumonia, not because he’s jacked lol
