The way cities and people rush about in this modern world is at an unnatural pace 💨 Our nervous systems are overtaxed and overstimulated trying to keep up. It's obvious when we immerse ourselves in nature and cut out the distractions. At first the stillness may seem overwhelming, the silence deafening. But moment by moment our system start to cycle down. Our bodies, minds and being start to down regulate and recalibrate to our natural harmonic rhythm. Nature is nuture 🪬 Be still and know 🪬 Reconnect. Slow down. Find your flow state 🌊🫧🫶🏽 📷 @lturiano
