Let’s open a Peanuts yoga mat from @jadeyogamats 🧘‍♀️ I used to think any yoga mat would do. I’d purchased a cheap $5 mat to have at home for stretching since I figure skate, but I quickly realized quality matters (even when using it very minimally). My previous mat had very little cushioning and didn’t do anything to help prevent sliding. I may as well have been using the laminated floors. Actually, that would’ve been preferable because the cheap mat was leaving foam everywhere… I’ve also had a $50 mat before that wasn’t very grippy and would cause me to slide. Jade Yoga mats are made of natural rubber, so they’re very grippy! They also feel very durable. It’s giving me motivation to try out yoga and mat pilates again!
