This mousse is a matcha made in heaven đđNo baking requiredâ â Ingredients:â Biscoff cookies + 1 tbsp melted butter (baseâ 1 tbsp Jade Leaf matcha whisked in 1/4 cup heavy creamâ 120g white chocolateâ 2 tbsp sugarâ 1 1/2 cups heavy creamâ 1 tsp vanilla extractâ â Instructions:â 1. Crush cookies and mix with butter.â 2. Press into serving dish.In a pan, heat matcha cream, white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until melted.â 3. Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into matcha mix.â 4. Spoon into dish, chill 2+ hours.â 5.
