The last time my sister was visiting, she turned me into a matcha girlie - literally made me matcha lattes every morning for a week straight and ignited an addiction I now can’t contain. And the truth is, not all matcha is created equal so I’m really thankful to have found @jadeleafmatcha - it’s excellent quality and I’m obsessed with the taste! So imagine my delight at being invited to attend an event where Jade Leaf Matcha was the star ingredient of star baker Dana Pollack of @danasbakery at one of my favorite restaurants - @jackswifefreda ! I had such a great time, and completely lost count of how many cookies I ate. But I am one happy girl!! Hope you get out to Jack’s Wife Freda and get your hands on the matcha cookies, or order them straight from the Dana’s bakery website. I wish I could tell you which cookie I liked most, but I honestly can’t decide if my favorite thing is the little crunchy hits of sesame seeds in the Matcha White Chocolate and Sesame cookies OR the brightness of the strawberry flavor shining through in the Stuffed Strawberries and Cream Matcha Cookies.
