Ingredients: Salt Dried plums 500g milk 4 eggs 100g sugar 150g flour 50g melted butter 30g of rum How to make: Grease the bottom of your baking pan and place a piece of parchment paper. Then sprinkle the mold with a tiny bit of salt. Then layer the bottom of the mold with your dried plums. In a bowl, add in the flour and eggs. Slowly incorporate the eggs. Mix together. Then slowly incorporate the milk, sugar, and butter. Add your rum in once this is all mixed together. Then pour this mixture over your dried plums. Place it in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit. Once it’s baked, let it cool. Top with powdered sugar.
