This week on #TuesdayTips: Baked Brie πŸ«πŸ§€ Add a spoonful of blueberry jam, wrap it in puff pastry, bake until golden, and enjoy with more jam of course! Sweet, savory, and absolutely brie-lliant. Ingredients: Puff pastry dough Brie 200g Blueberries 100g Sugar Pecans for garnish Honey 1 egg How to make: Put the 200g blueberries in a pot and add in the 100g of sugar. Smash this all together and put it over the stove. Then, cut the brie in half. Add a little bit of water around the puff pastry sheet so it sticks. Place one half of the brie on top of the puff pastry and spread the jam, pecans, and honey over the top. Then place the other half of the brie on top and repeat. Then add the other piece of puff pastry on top. Press the edges of the pastry sheets together. Spread the top with egg wash right before you put it in the oven and put it in the oven at 360 degrees fahrenheit until it’s crispy or 30-40 minutes. Let it cool once done. You can present it with some more jam, honey, and pecans on the side. Cut into slices and enjoy! #TuesdayTip #MrChocolate #BrieLoversUnite #SweetAndSavory
