Justice sounds like a courtroom word, but the Stoics meant something much smaller and much harder: how you treat people on an ordinary day when nothing’s at stake. Give credit where it’s owed. Assume the best instead of the worst. Do the thing you said you’d do. Say something when you see something unfair, be generous when you can, and apologize properly to the person you hurt.
