your body is like an antenna 📡 like a radio, you have the ability to tune yourself as an instrument and connect directly to the divine frequency that is always available to you; colour is one of the simplest ways to shift your energy, your mood, your frequency. listen, you body has always remembered through sensation, tension, release, contraction, expansion; through feeling, movement, and colour, you return to your full essence. coincidence enough or not (of course not), i was given the opportunity to be part of the launch campaign for a brand i’ve always loved and admired. being part of this collection launch quite literally brings me full circle, in full spectrum. fittingly, it’s called In Full Colour, and i couldn’t imagine a collection being more aligned. my heART is so full to have been given the freedom to embody my truest expression and to celebrate every shade and flavour of myself ~ in full colour ✨
