AD | When @hollandandbarrett asked me to share what makes me Strong for Life, I immediately thought of my parents, who have always been a huge inspiration throughout my sporting journey.🏋🏽‍♀️ I truly believe the secret to my success - being both a Commonwealth Powerlifting Champion and a Guinness World Record Holder - lies with them! Both my mum and dad (sporting legends in their own right) truly defy the odds of what it means to age and get stronger! 🥇🙌🏽 The limit does NOT exist and this mentality is something I hope will inspire others to keep pushing on with their fitness journey at any age! All it takes is the first step.
