His drips were either sailing too high or dying into the net. The problem wasn’t power… it was topspin. When you don’t trust your topspin, you’ll constantly try to “guide” the ball instead of letting the spin do the work. That’s exactly what was happening here. ✅ The biggest adjustment? Drop your paddle head below the ball. That simple move allows you to brush up through contact, generate heavy topspin, and finally trust the ball to clear the net and dive into the kitchen. Once you learn to create consistent topspin, your forehand drip becomes one of the most reliable shots in your game.
