One-Pot Spaghetti w/Garlic, Cherry Tomatoes, & Fresh Basil Ingredients:    •   3 tbsp olive oil    •   1/4 cup minced garlic    •   1/2 red onion, thinly sliced    •   2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved    •   1 cup fresh basil, torn    •   2–3 Parmesan rinds (optional)    •   1 lb dry spaghetti    •   2–4 cups water    •   Salt + pepper    •   Fresh Parmesan, for topping Instructions:    •   Heat olive oil, sauté garlic (30 sec), add red onion (1 min).    •   Add cherry tomatoes, cook (2 min).    •   Lay dry spaghetti on top, pour in 2–3 cups water, add basil + Parmesan rinds.    •   Stir constantly!
