My Hyrox Progress Report 📈 Some stations are approximate distance. We did 2 rounds of Half the official distance twice through with no runs in between. Times are a result of 2 months of consistent training with Coach @lon.bfit Tracking max hr at the end of each station to track progress and to guide pacing and strategy come race day. My Threshold hr is 167 for reference. Going into the 45-49 AG next year and to race as well as I think I can. There is no “winging it”. Just intentional smarter not harder training.
