Tacos for Cinco de Mayo – Carne Asada with a Twist 🌮🔥   This is how I do Carne Asada tacos—marinated skirt steak, seared to perfection, and topped with a little twist I’ll show you in tomorrow’s video.
(👀 You’re gonna want the Elote slaw.)   Carne Asada Marinade: • 2 lbs skirt steak • ⅓ cup orange juice • ¼ cup lime juice (about 2 limes) • ¼ cup soy sauce • ¼ cup olive oil • 1 jalapeño, chopped • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp smoked paprika • Garlic Jalapeño Rub from @heathrilesbbq   Marinate 4+ hours (overnight = 🔥), pat dry, hit it again with a little more Garlic Jalapeño, and sear it hot on the Weber Slate Griddle.
