Sometimes you gotta run before you can walk... Decided to take a run at @walsh3d / @vek3d Mark VII helmet. @hatchbox3d was nice enough to send me a roll of their gray pla + pro to test out. I also wanted to really challenge myself to up my paint game. So I decided to lay a base coat of @the_digital_armory duralumen chrome. I plan on adding color and weathering to the helmet but was too tempted to not take some pictures in all it's chrome gloriousness before I ruin it with paint 😂 Be sure to stay tuned as I have a lot more planned for this project.
