explained ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are often labeled as the same things , but the experience inside and outside body can feel different A panic attack often comes with a sudden surge of intense fear that pushes the body into full fight-or-flight mode. It can make us restless and overwhelmed with energy (pacing back and forth, shaking, breathing heavily, or holding our head as our mind races) The body feels like it has to move to release the intensity, almost like the nervous system is trying to escape a danger that isn’t physically there. An anxiety attack can feel more like a heavy cloud settling over us. there’s a constant pressure of worry and tension. Thoughts swirl around and around, and the body can feel stuck. it can feel like we’re sitting under a storm of thoughts, while the anxiety circles our mind. Both experiences are real and valid responses from a nervous system trying to protect us. They just show up in different ways. one that pushes the body into frantic motion, and one that can leave us feeling trapped under the weight of anxious thoughts. Have you experienced either?
