Mental Health Awareness has been part of Grey Bandit’s mission since day one. We, the founders, have each faced our own ongoing struggles. Days where even getting out of bed feels impossible, and moments when the noise in our minds makes it hard to believe anything but the negative. Thoughts that say you’re not enough in every way. But through the past 15 years of struggles on and off, we’ve also learned something just as real: those thoughts don’t tell the whole story.
