I’ve been glued to my grill making these juicy pork chops with a Thai-inspired tomato salad on repeat. It kicks off with brining then grilling pork chops. The chops are then topped with a vibrant tomato salad that can be paired with rice or enjoyed as-is. I’m using @getgraza’s new glass bottles (!!!) which you can find at @wholefoods nationwide. “Drizzle” for the dressing and “Sizzle” on the porkchops, just before grilling.
