Write ‘Edge’ to join my live workout! - Tactical pulling strength! • I like the idea of being a strong as the superheroes I used to read in comic books and watch on TV. • That’s why I love the @gravity.fitness DBZ pull-up balls wants to be the kind of strong that would impress another comic book hero or terrify my enemies • It’s also the reason why I love the idea of heavy tactical cleans because being strong enough to throw the weight of a human around from hand to hand is pretty scary even if it never gets used in action! • And during this workout since the rest periods were quite long I multitasked by flexing my alpha Dad muscles and doing the garden during my rest period. • But here’s the full workout: • Warm up pull ups (5’s) and tactical cleans (10’s) and gardening • Working sets of 24kg weighted chin ups with the @gravity.fitness DBZ pull up balls x 3 with 68kg tac cleans x 6 and 68kg dead 2H cleans • Write ‘edge’ below and train with me on a live workout next Saturday!
