First off, idk the science behind this machine so I’m convinced it’s magic. This has been a daily staple in prep since it’s literally my protein shake just in ice cream form (more volume 🤝 same macros). My process includes 1) blending all of the ingredients together first and then freezing overnight. 2) using a protein powder that doesn’t taste like 🗑️ THANK YOU @gaspari If you add banana, it will create a thick enough consistency so you won’t need to add additional gums or jello powder. With prep, the amount of each ingredient has changed over the weeks but I would say 1-2 cups blueberries and 2-4oz of banana will suffice. I only use 1 scoop of protein and always use water as my base🙂 you can totally use your choice of milk though. Bonus points if you add in creatine. It has no flavor (promise) and helps with performance & recovery.
