For movement artists Victory and Marvel Ebinum, it’s something that happens naturally. “Inspiration comes from our everyday life,” they tell us. “Our view of the world. And the stories we come across.” That POV has shaped the brothers’ signature dance style and their latest: a short film, “Unearthly,” set in Nigeria where they were born and raised. The film moves between the beauty of rural Nigeria and the modernity of urban areas, capturing the duality of the brothers’ journey. Touches of green symbolize growth.
