You’re missing out on the yummiest summer recipe - Gummy Watermelon Slices 🍉 @daniellehaft created the cutest, family-friendly gummy recipe to enjoy all day out in the sun! ☀️ 🍉 Ingredients: - Half of a medium-sized watermelon - ½ lime - 1-2 Tbsp honey - ~8 Tbsp Further Food Gelatin 🍉 Directions: 1. Scoop out the watermelon and add it to a blender with lime and honey. Blend until smooth. 2. Measure out the liquid and divide it in half. 3. Transfer half of the liquid to a pot and heat just under a boil. 4. To the non-heated liquid, add gelatin (4 tbsp for every cup) and let the gelatin sit and bloom. 5. Mix gelatin in with a fork. 6. Add in the heated liquid and stir again, removing any clumps. 7. Pour this gelatin mixture back into the watermelon half. 8. Transfer to the fridge for 2-3 hours. 9.
