Running a business and building a brand is not for the faint of heart. Here on Instagram, you see the highlight reel. But behind the scenes, there’s a whole lot you don’t see. Right now we’re in the middle of a full brand refresh, reviewing every product, custom building a new website, improving our systems and processes, rethinking the customer experience, and trying to make every part of the business just a little bit better. We’re a small but mighty team @frownies which means we all wear a lot of hats. Some days are chaotic. Some days don’t go according to plan. But sometimes you just have to laugh and remind yourself, “Relax. We got it. We’re good. We’re too cute to be stressed.” 😂 My philosophy is that all work without a little joy and humor is just misery. One thing I’ve learned is that what you’re building matters… But who you’re building it with matters even more. 🫶🏻 I’m incredibly grateful for the women (and the few guys too 😉) on this team. They’re smart, encouraging, hardworking, supportive, and genuinely care about the people we serve. I couldn’t ask for a better group to build alongside.
