I’ve realized I’ve spent a lot of my life feeling like I needed to dim my light because if I really shined, other women would be mad at me. They wouldn’t cheer for me or celebrate my success. But recently I’ve realized….I’ve finally found something different. I found women who clap when good things happen to you. Women who celebrate your ideas, your growth, your business, your family, and your dreams. And it changed me. We don’t have to compete to belong. We don’t have to shrink so someone else feels bigger.
