Both the integrated lat pulldown and low row use the 1:1 ratio, and the adjustable front trolley uses 2:1 for lighter and dynamic movements where more cable travel may be needed. With the weight stack, the Cloverfield goes up to 220lbs but has integrated dual horns so you can stack more weight or even micro-load between sets.⁠ ⁠ The Gatling Seat is our heavy duty offering, and can be used for more than just lat pulldowns.
