Wow, this is awkward. For the longest time, whenever anyone came for a job interview at Flamingo Estate, I’ve said: please don’t come here if you’re looking for innovation. There’s nothing innovative about what we do. We’re just making things the old-fashioned way. No hacking. No disrupting. So imagine my surprise when our name appeared on the @fastcompany list of the Most Innovative Companies. Maybe the old-fashioned way is the most innovative way after all? X Richard
