Continuing our celebration of this year’s World Superyacht Awards nominations, B stands out as the second of three Feadships recognised for excellence—this time in the Displacement Motor Yachts, 500GT to 1,499GT category. The 59.50-metre B is a striking presence with her blue-grey hull and crisp white superstructure, but her significance runs deeper. She is the first Feadship to integrate solar cells for auxiliary power generation and is equipped with a diesel-electric propulsion system capable of running on non-fossil HVO fuel.
