While designing our collections, almost every piece starts as one thing and ends up becoming something else. Our ideas are fluid and tend to evolve as each piece comes to life. We first imagined our micro short as something simple, letting the silhouette do most of the talking. But once the initial sample was complete, it felt like it was missing something—like it deserved more. We taped a few crystal appliqués onto the shorts to help imagine what the addition would look like, and instantly, it clicked. That was the missing touch it needed to feel more “us”.
