Heard it’s National Kouign Amann Day. 🙌 For us, that every day - our DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann) has been on our menu since day 1 at the SoHo Bakery back in 2011. It’s still my favorite breakfast to this day, with its flaky, tender layers inside, a slightly gooey center, all surrounded by a golden caramelized crust. The original DKA is one the menu in SoHo and our Las Vegas sister shops at @caesarspalace @parisvegas. And of course, we have our Brown Sugar DKA available only at @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron, with a hint of dark brown sugar, molasses, and a touch of cinnamon and coffee to round it out (it’s the brunette to our OG blonde). #kouignamann #nationalkouignamannday
