@papadamournyc, coming May 2025 to NYC. We’ll soon be opening our doors at 64 University Place, with an entirely new bakery concept inspired by Asian bread culture, and our take on things like fluffy shokupan, egg tarts, steamed buns, and more. My son Celian and daughter Elise (Mei Mei), whose nickname for me is Papa d’Amour (particularly when they want something), have been having fun being our two youngest taste testers. 🥰 I can’t wait to start showing a preview of our menu with you all very soon, and sharing the stories and memories behind each and every bite.
