We are still leading the charge with a solid $14,141 raised! The Cavaliers are trailing behind at $11,203—close, but not quite close enough, green team. 👀 The deadline to donate is April 26th, and we’ll be announcing the winner of the Backyard Brawl Champions Belt on the 27th. It’s all in good fun… but also eternal bragging rights are on the line. No pressure. Let’s finish strong, Regiment Phans! 💪

In 1979, we purchased the van in this photo to keep up with the growing demand of our successful merchandise program. It all began in 1974, when we started selling stickers and keychains from the back of a station wagon. Just a few years later, it was clear we needed a bigger solution. Bruce & Marylon Cole and Jerry & Rae Ambach took turns touring with the corps, helping run the operation, and laying the groundwork for what would eventually become The Phan Shop. We're celebrating these humble beginnings—and the Cole and Ambach families’ lasting impact—with the Merch Van Collection, available now at thephanshop.com.

🌎 Happy Earth Day! Since partnering with @onetreeplanted, our Phans have planted 490 trees through donations during checkout at thephanshop.com. 🌳 Why trees? Besides just being nice to hang out under during a water break, a mature tree absorbs an average of 48 pounds of carbon dioxide per year. We’re officially halfway through the Backyard Brawl, and we're in the lead! With $8,242 raised so far, we’re well ahead of our friends (and fierce rivals) over at @thecavaliers, who are sitting at $3,978. But let’s not get comfortable—last year they almost had us! We surged ahead at the very end to claim victory and we need your help to hold on to the championship belt and the all-important bragging rights.
