Packed with nourishing ingredients like almond butter, coconut oil and our Magnesium Hot Chocolate powder, this dreamy treat supports your nighttime routine with benefits that go beyond dessert. Why sweet potato? It’s naturally sweet, full of fibre and rich in potassium to help soothe your nervous system. Combine that with our magnesium rich hot chocolate blend and you’ve got a brownie that not only tastes incredible but also works with your body to help you relax and recharge ✨ Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup mashed sweet potato 1⁄4 cup coconut flour 3⁄4 cup almond flour 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder 4 tablespoons magnesium hot chocolate powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon bi-carb soda 1/3 cup raw honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup almond butter 1⁄3 cup melted coconut oil Method: Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Peel, wash and chop your sweet potato into 3cm pieces and boil for 20-25mins or until soft. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre and add your honey, almond butter and melted coconut oil. Remove sweet potato from heat, drain and mash. Add to the mixing bowl and combine. Place brownies in oven for 25-30mins. Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm (preferably in your PJs). These brownies are proof that a better bedtime routine can taste just as good as it feels. Whether you’re dealing with racing thoughts at 10PM or just want a more wholesome treat for the family, this recipe delivers comfort and calm in every bite.
