Let's talk stainless steel pan maintenance! Here's a tough pill to swallow: stainless steel does stain. The good news is, you can get virtually any stain out and your pan will last forever. HOT HONEY MEATBALLS 🔥🍯🍝 GF/DF/SOF Sweet, spicy, and saucy! These NUFS Hot Honey Meatballs are tender and delicious. Who knew meatballs were so easy to make. You’ll thank us later. Ingredients: - 1 LB Force of Nature Ancestral Blend (Ground Beef, Beef Liver, Beef Heart) @forceofnaturemeats - ½ - 1 Box NUFS Hot Honey Crackers @getnufs - 1 Jar SAUZ Hot Honey Marinara Sauce @getsauz - 2 Tbsp FOND Grass-fed & Regenerative Beef Tallow @fondbonebroth - 2 Tbsp MALK Cashew milk @malkorganics - 1 egg - 1-2 tsp onion powder (or minced onion) - Ground Pepper - Sea Salt - Parmesan cheese for topping (optional) Instructions: - Grind NUFS Hot Honey Crackers so they are finely ground. - In a large bowl, combine the Force of Nature Ancestral Blend, crushed NUFS Hot Honey Crackers, egg, sea salt, pepper, onion powder, and MALK cashew milk. - Mix thoroughly with your hands until everything is evenly combined. The mixture should be moist but firm enough to shape. Add more NUFS crushed crackers to thicken the recipe as needed. - Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 tablespoon each. Set aside on a plate or tray. - In a large skillet or pan, heat 2 tablespoons of FOND Beef Tallow over medium heat. Once melted and simmering, carefully add the meatballs in a single layer. - Fry the meatballs for 1-2 minutes per side, rotating to brown evenly. They should be golden on the outside but not fully cooked through. - Once all sides are browned, remove the meatballs and drain any excess fat if needed. Return the meatballs to the pan, pour in the SAUZ Hot Honey Marinara sauce. Make sure meatballs are fully covered in sauce. This helps keep them moist. - Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked through. - Serve warm with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese (optional) and your favorite sides!
