What’s the difference between an Infrared Sauna Blanket and Red Light Therapy Blanket? Whilst on the surface they may look the same, what they deliver is quite different. A Red Light Therapy Blanket emits Red and Near-Infrared Light wavelengths that penetrate the skin and body. Red light specifically targets the skin to address matters such as appearance of fine lines/wrinkles, blemishes,tone and texture.
